Helping Hands Youth Center Healthy Lifestyles programs help children acquire healthy minds and bodies. Week by week, young people are introduced to games, sports, and fitness activities that are fun and engaging. Health and nutrition classes are offered as well. As they participate in these programs, their fitness level and strength improves. General fitness levels are tested at the start and end of each program so that young people can gain a genuine sense of pride and accomplishment in their increased fitness.















Programs are further organized by age group within each area (ages six to seven, eight to ten, eleven and twelve, thirteen and fourteen, and fifteen to sixteen).
